Premises Consultation - May/June 2011
The committee will seek feedback at multiple discussion meetings between the AGM and 30th June 2011. The feedback received will guide the committee in formulating one or more propositions for approval at an EGM planned to be held on Wed 20th July 2011.
Meetings have been scheduled so that the various constituencies within the club have an opportunity to participate in discussions and give their views so we have arranged meetings at various times to catch as many members as possible such as:
Wednesday Club night participants
 Wednesday Teams’ night participants
 Friday Club night participants
 Monday morning participants
 Tuesday morning participants
 Thursday evening participants
 Associate members
Wessex league team members
The following consultation meetings have been scheduled:
6.30pm on Friday 27th May
 9.30am on Tuesday 31st May
 6.30pm on Thursday 2nd June
 9.30am on Monday 6th June
6.30pm on Wednesday 8th June
At each consultation meeting members of the committee will be available to explain or discuss any aspect of the plans in relation to the reference documents available.
All members will be asked to answer a brief survey to indicate their preferred options and members and any interested parties will be asked to respond in written form by email to ts@oxfordbridgeclub.com.  All responses received in this way by 30th June 2011 will be taken into account by the committee in formulating any proposals which are put to the membership at the EGM in July.
Since this is an important decision for us all, some bridge time will be taken up by these sessions. The meetings will last about 1 hour. Please participate – it’s your club.
